As I was preparing to submit a piece to the Bright & Brine Gallery, the show is called Cabinet of Curiosity, that means I have to create or present something that pics the viewers curiosity, so I painted a piece called "Guess Who?" It's a masquerade party. Just 4 days before deadline to submit I stumbled upon this deer skull found at my golf course that caught my attention. Ding ding ding!!! There it is!! I can paint that and hang it on a wooden panel. So I did, and bang it got selected.
Point of this is sometimes you have to let go of control, going outside my comfort zone and try new things, it's the beauty of letting the Universe help. ( the masquerade piece wasn't selected)
