This is where "SHADES FROM PAST TO PRESENT" became, is and will be.

I was approached by Natasha to commission a painting that would bring her peace and security (which sounds like birds chirping on a lovely spring morning).


NOPE


After meeting with her, she had a story that was highly profiled because of the brutal attack she suffered at work on a sunny Monday afternoon.


"it was minutes of pure hell and evil and I fell unconscious"

It took me a year to contemplate how can I create such a beautiful piece coming from such a horrific experience. I decided to focus on the powerful woman she is and realized that there are so many women out there that have overcome traumatic experiences that I created a collection to honor the powerful women that we know.
